March 2025 – HenriPay Holding NV is pleased to announce that fintech leader Chakib Bouda has joined its advisory board. Bouda, an expert in payment security and digital finance, will play a key role in guiding the company’s strategic expansion and supporting the launch of its innovative neobanking product line for 2025.

Chakib Bouda brings over twenty years of experience in the fintech industry. Most recently, he led Visa’s Token ID division, where he was instrumental in advancing global payment security through tokenization. His deep expertise in digital payments, cybersecurity, and financial technology innovation makes him a significant asset as HenriPay continues to push the boundaries of digital banking.

“HenriPay’s vision for financial empowerment and digital banking innovation strongly resonated with me,” said Chakib Bouda. “After five years at Visa, I was eager for a new challenge. When the HenriPay team approached me, I saw an opportunity to be part of something truly transformative in the fintech space.”

HenriPay Holding is also gearing up to unveil its next-generation neobanking product through Henri, its dedicated subsidiary focused on enhancing financial wellness and literacy for Gen Z. The platform will offer educational resources, advanced banking tools, and a socially driven approach to money management. Bouda’s appointment is expected to bolster these efforts and ensure the product’s successful market introduction.

“When I shared our vision for the future, Chakib immediately saw the potential,” said Benjamin van der Lande, Chief Marketing Officer of HenriPay B.V. “Despite our generational differences, our goals aligned perfectly. His strategic insight is exactly what we needed to drive our mission forward.”

Maurice Adam Weber, Chief Executive Officer of HenriPay B.V., added, “Chakib’s leadership in digital finance aligns perfectly with our mission. His guidance will be invaluable as we move forward with our neobanking launch, delivering a solution that empowers the next generation.”
